hi,
i don't know if my issue is related with this tags & this community but it is serious problem.

The power was cut off while I was working on my personal device. And when I restarted the device, I found some files in the project like this:
Capture — ImgBB[^]

i have an old version but i will lost 2 day of work.

What I have tried:

i don't know what should i do. but i searched for the exe file ( from last debug) but it not found.

Yes, power failure and hardware failure are the main reasons why serious programmers are doing backups, very often and also use svn and offsite copies and services like github or sourceforge.
There is nothing we can di for you.

i used Recuva and i recovered the file.
also now i will search for auto backup solution.

Have a look at subversion, it give more service than simple backups.

A file full of NULLs? Yep, whatever you had in that file is lost. You'll have to do that work all over again.

BACKUPS, BACKUPS, BACKUPS. It cannot be said enough. It prevents you from having to redo days of work.
