SQL Server Change Tracking Disable and Enable Table for clearing the cache tables

Anurag Sable asked:

I wanted to use Change tracking mechanism in SQL server to track insert/update/delete operation in tables.
I searched lot of forums on how to clear the cache once i processed the particular record from change table. The answer that I got is I need to Disasble and Enable the change tracking on table to clear the cache. Is it a good practice/solution to do this?
What happenes if records are added/updated/deleted during the time of Disabling/Enabling the tracking again?
