7I have a router and wondering if I can send commands to it by another pc through tcp ip based on internet ip of the router I found some tutorials but descripe only from the same pc by routers ip

What I have tried:

Nothing yet but found some tutorials not exactly what I was looking

Probably not: routers do not have a "standard interface" which allows you to tell it what to do or configure it. They all provide a web-based config / command interface, but the layout and appearance changes wildly between even models, let alone manufacturers!
