How to convert MSSQL stored procedure into MYSQL stored procedure?

Hi Team,
I have to convert MSSQL stored procedure into MYSQL stored procedure and i have get table into MYSQL but not stored procedure,after manually i create SP i got below error:

select is not valid at this position for this server version

Can help me team how to fix it?

What I have tried:

I tried to change the syntax but get success
