Publishing VB.NET project

my project is running well but while to publish the project ,it giving the error buld failed saying"An error erroe occur whlie signing:SignTool.exe not found"

What I have tried:

If you don't understand an error message, Google it: occur whlie signing:SignTool.exe not found - Google Search[^]
Then follow a link or two ...

And DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalization if you want to be taken seriously.

Signtool.exe is probably in another location than expected, if it is really not present you can install it with the Windows SDK: SignTool - Win32 apps | Microsoft Docs[^]
Confusingly there does not seem to be much logic between Windows versions where Signtool.exe is installed.
Usually it is used to sign your application with a .pfx Authenticode certificate.
