Initializing number of 1D array chromosomes

We have been working on our final year Project in which multicast routing on mobile adhoc networks is based on genetic algorithm. Here we represent the multicast route as an 1D array...
For this we have to initialize the population.
We have generated a single chromosome...
From this single chromosome, we have to generate 99 more chromosomes...
Could anyone help us, please??

I suppose the generation of new chromosomes depending on the genetic algorithm. While we don't know such algorithm, you should know it (since it is part of your duties), so I suggest you to study very well the algorithm and post specific question whenever you're stuck.
