How to disable copy paste option in excel.

You can't, unless customized Excel add-in is loaded.

As i mentioned in the comment to the question, you can't disable "copy-paste" option in Excel application.
You can prevent of copying by using VBA code in Excel add-in. Note, if you "disable" that option, users will go crazy.
