I have a question about his application. I successfully created a application on is pc using Windows 10. And than created his setup using innosetup software. Then I run setup successfully on his pc (Windows 10). After this I give setup to his friend to test his application. My friend use Windows 7. When my friend try to install those setup then the following dialog box occur.
"The program requires Windows Service Pake 1 or later"
Anyone like to tell me about this. I'll very thankful to him. Kindly

Yeah, it sounds like your friend is running the original version of Windows 7 and it hasn't had any security or update patches installed since then. That would be 12 years ago.

Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 (basically a large pack of patches) came out in early 2011. This needs to be installed for your app to work on his machine.

You can get it from Install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)[^]

All support for Windows 7 ended in January 2020.
