how can I get the clients to initiate the connection to the server in TCP/IP Chat ?so that, server connects all local ip's of client side.plz explain me with the help of code.

Edit: Converted the URL to clickable link. But on click it is seen that link leads to unrelated information (spam). So, removed clickable link again - PES
