Invisible/hidden scroll bars in c1truedbgrid grid in windows forms ?

Hi Team,
 
I am facing Invisible scroll bar issue for "C1TrueDBGrid" Grid in Windows Application or Windows Forms, In some of the machines scroll bars are visible, & in some machines it's hidden or invisible. Did anyone faced similar kind of issue with Invisible scroll Bars in Windows Application for C1TrueDBGrid Grid.

I tried with AutoScroll, Frozen & Horizontal, Vertical Scrolling options of

C1TrueDBGrid
