Reopen ACAD Dwg file as read only

Dear All,

I have a AutoCAD 2006 Drawing File, opened in AutoCAD.
And i want to open the same file again as read only, in the same session of AutoCAD.

Is it possible or not? If yes then how?

Please guide me.
