How do I search for the best article of the month, year ?

Go to the menu bar at thee top of the page, and hover the mouse over "articles".
From the drop down, select "Top Articles".
You can now use "Order By" to select "Rating" to get the highest voted.

You can refine this by using a date range, or by selecting specific tags / roles and pressing the "Update" button.
