Windows schedular independent to user logged

Hi,
I am using windows schedular for scheduling a task.My task run on scheduled time perfectly when i logged my system with UserId which i mension at the time of scheduling in "Run as".But if i logged with another user that mension at the time of scheduling in "Run as" then task not run at scheduled time actuall not run at all.I want run scheduled task independent to User logged to the system.Provide solution for this.Thanx
