Anything over a few pages would probably require a person to make it coherent. To this day, "people" still translate complete books; and the version depends on the translator; of which there can be any number.

That's far too be a subject to even start answering in a small text box - natural language translation is a major task, that even Google Translate gets wrong from time to time! Writing your own from scratch is not a project I would even consider, and I'd reasonably experienced in development - it's a task for a significant team of developers, AI experts, and multilingual human translators, not a single individual.

Automatically translating natural languages is not trivial at all, and if you are expecting it to work form multiple documents or large documents then you are probably going to have to pay for the privilege as the developers will want to recoup some of their (rather large) investment in IP.

For small messages or documents, I'd manually use Google Translate, or consider trying to automate / scrape Google Translate as they used to have an API but closed it down many years ago. Expect them to notice and maybe restrict your query frequency though!

How to convert one source language to multiple languages if source language is fr and convert to german and spanish

By hand and with people having good knowledge of those languages. The reason is that automatic translation is still a research topic because context is extremely difficult to handle.
If you use automatic translation, and if you want serious result, you will need someone to proof check automatic results.

Example from French youtube: "dugout cabin" or "dugout shelter"is about a little house partly buried in soil.
It translate to French as "Abri pirogue", "abri" is a little simple house/shelter, ok, but "pirogue" is about a boat.

Probably one of the most advanced, and publicly available translation tool is Google Translate[^]
