Smart card reader writes token with delay.

Hello dear ones. I have this problem:
We use smart card reader with android app integrated to our own application. smart card read but writing is taking 2 minutes to write token to smart card. Can any body help me if i send SDK and the write code which i use?

What I have tried:

to get help that writing token to smart card be in seconds not in minutes.
