How to test a method using N unit testing in dot net?

Hi
I want to know how to implement an N unit testing in a dot net environment. I read the basics of N unit but still cant get into the core part of it. Can anyone help me with live examples or demo's on how to implement N unit testing in dot net??? and how to write a N unit test case??? Thanks in advance.
