Options for user control properties

Hi,

As you already know that when we use ASP.net controls, in some properties it gives us an options to choose.
For example :

if i am creating asp:button and in ValidateRequestMode there are three options to choose Disable,Enable and Inherit.

In the same way i want to create my custom properties in my user control let's say UserType and want to give option for Normal User and Admin User.

So want to know that how can i achieve this functionality ?
