I work on windows 10 ,
suddenly windows 10 crash and not open
so can i access hard drive to get my data from my hard drive without depend
on windows 10
i need tools access hard drive read and write and copy without using windows 10
because my windows carshes and not boot
so i need to open any tool open my pc and access hard and drives
to take data

What I have tried:

i try with erd commander bu it working for windows 7 not windows 10

Can you start Windows in "safe" mode? That may allow you to run some local helper applications. Alternatively you could boot via the CD drive, or an attached USB device.

good but what tools can let me boot to hard without using current operating system

You need a bootable device, a disk or CD containing a version of Windows, or some other application that is self booting. This is not something that I have had to do myself, but Free Partition Manager Software for Windows - AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard[^] may help you.

Either use a bootable USB / CD / DVD, or physically transfer the disk to a new computer and access it from that.

Be aware though, that most of your files will be stored under a specific user ID, and unless the new computer is logged in with the same ID they will not be easily accessible to you.

Also be aware that if whatever OS you are using is not compatible with Windows, you may have problems accessing the data - especially if a compressed or encrypted drive was used. I'd be very tempted to copy the drive before I started playing with it, or to work from a recent backup instead.
