How can I make a web project using a ready database?

I am strong junior java developer and I want to create web application using a ready database for example mysql of sakila database and there are many tables as you know. I have all knowledge in order to create web application on back end side,however I have a little bit problem that I can't think of what services to write using the data in this database?

What I have tried:

I watched many tutorials but I already knew these.
