Hi,
based on a research I need to develop a windows decstop software using C# for deaf people. my requirement is when a user type some text(Eg : Mother) then output window should be show a 3d animation model that display deaf sign language according to the input text. i need to know what are the software, technology ,etc that i can take use for the implementation.

So, basically, you want to copy this guys work??

Good luck. You'll need 3D modeling skills, computer animation, inverse kinematics, some kind of parser, tokenizer, something to recognize words, something to map words and phrases to the gestures of the sign language you choose to implement, a very good understanding of those rules, ...
