How to generate dynamic controls on button click and fetch these values on another button clik

hi.......
I am doing a project in which i need to create some dyamic text boxes . user selects how many textboxes he want to create and clicks a button(say button1) to generate desired no of text boxes.
There is another button(say button2) that saves these values to data base.
Now picture is : although i am able to generate controls on button1 click event yet i am unable to fetch these values on
button2 click event.
Please provide me full code.
