How do i...how do I display a form when choosing an option from a dropdown?

I'm trying to show a second form in case of choosing an option from the dropdown menu, I already have a main form but two or 3 should appear depending on the selection, I don't know how to solve the problem :c

What I have tried:

try to assign id to each option or later use conditions with javascript but honestly I don't understand well
