Im having issues with visual studio

im a college student coding in c using visual studio 2022, i am having issues with my program i believe, for some reason the solution templates that my professor has are different from the ones in my software and i don't know how to get the templates that they are using. the specific template i need is "native unit test project"

What I have tried:

reinstalling, updating, adding all the templates provided in visual studio installer,

I typed "unit" in the search box for "Create a new project" and got "Native Unit Test Project" (tagged: c++, Windows, Test). There are some 15-20 different "unit test" projects to be found.
