resolution independent web application in asp.net

Hi Guys,

I am New to Web Page Design. I am using Twitter Bootstrap to design my web pages.

I am facing an issue, I have 21 inch monitor, i design as according to this in any 21 inch monitor it looks good but if i open web application in other monitor which has more then 21 inch it looks very small, So i want to make a Resolution independent. Any suggestion for this will help me

Search Google for "fixed and fluid layout". That should get you started.
