saving the videos after recording

i have tried out the code of motion detction
Motion Detection Algorithms[^] given in this link..... but the videos being saved are all of 0 kb and its not being opened, i want to see the saved videos in that folder..plz anyone suggest some solution

When you have a question about an article, the correct place to post the question is at the forum at the end of the article. Andrew Kirillov (the author) would be able to help you with this far easier than we could - after all, he wrote the article, and it's not likely that anyone here is going to download the code and debug it for you.
