Right click menu for gridview for edit and delete

I want a right click menu on a gridview (Context Menu) for editing and deleting records..
I am not getting how to display the right click menu for each row of gridview...
Also my gridview is dynamically bound to database....
I tried out many sites but none of them had actual solution..
The proper code to display the menu and its connectivity to server(no logic please) would be helpful...
