android mobile screen shared on desktop

i want to develop an android application for mobile and a desktop application for the PC.i want to share the screen of my mobile on the desktop and control my android phone through desktop . for this both i.e mobile and the desktop(PC) should be connected to the same wifi network . any help please ???

I would call that a Remote Desktop.

I'm not sure if it is allowed to control the device from the PC - there might be security issues.
You should check the debugging mode, that's how the PC is allowed to control a bit more.

in these appps certain services like camera , file manager can be managed through the desktop .
my work is to show all the mobile screen as it is on the desktop and then control it through desktop . i have googled but no help uptil now .

you can also check virtual network related things - one of the blog's ideas is to use a VNC.
