Can you make your question a bit clear?

I mean Through SSMS tool When database is exported from one server to another.

Right Click On database > Tasks > Export data

The Import -Export wizard tool when used through SSMS does not have a logging feature, until and unless, saved as a package; where we can take advantage of the logging feature provided with the SSIS. Additionally, whenever data is added or deleted from a database object, the internal logging feature of SQL server kicks into action. So,if we are concerned about any anomalies that might occur during the execution of the wizrd, then rollback does occurs.
