column selection from an excel spreadsheet and data transfer into a textfile

i Have an excel sheet with 3 or more columns whose headers are ever changing, how do i show the names of the columns in a checklistbox ....and after cheking one or more of the column names in the checklistbox ..i need to transfer that column/s data into a text file ?? please suggest any method or sample code

This link[^] shows you the way of reading and filtering etc... you need to do build the UI that you want.
