configure finger print scanner

Dear all,

I'm trying to connect finger print machine via c# application but, I have face critical problem. That is I can not find a way to connect with it.Also I don't have SDK of that machine.

Below the machine details:
Machine : Realand ZDC30
TCP/IP available
USB available

If someone know about how connect with it pls let me know.

If someone know how can collect SDK of that device please let me know.
