connecting MY SQL DB with MS SQL DB.

Hi,

I have a project already with ms sql DB where I need to create a few my sql DBs also for some reasons for the same project and connect both DBs interactively. Can anyone tell me how to create and connect MY SQL DB with MS SQL DB, with the same project which is in asp.net C# (VS 2010 and SQL Server 2008 R2) with MS SQL DB. please suggest with some reference and details for better understandings.
