How can I get a url from a physical path ? eg....

From this:

C:\Inetpub\ftproot\MW\dir\app_root\dir\file.txt



To this:



http://www.mydomain/dir/file.txt

Please i want url of the file ,not physical path
how i get it direct ,or from physical path
