WatIn Test Recorder C#

Hi.I am using WatIn test recorder for testing web applications.When I record a web application and run the code the application opens in the browser.But I what I want to know is,is there any way to get all these activities done internally without the web app being opened in the browser?
Please help on this as I am screwed up in the middle of an automation.
