Using C#, if any one can please send me a code implementation or necessary guid lines to implement a text document in the desktop which is parallely to be display with the video i would be much obliged.

the text document should be able to edit and highlight the text.

Solution 1

The only way I can think to do this, is to create a timeline, a control to show the text, and then a timer that keeps checking where the video playback has got to, and highlights things accordingly.
