Issue: HTML To PDF using iTextSharp Header and Footer

Hi,

I am using iTextSharp 5.2.1.0 version for convert HTML to PDF. Its working fine with styles. But in my project i want auto Page header and footer for every page by using HTML tag. In the earlier version of iTextSharp 4.0.0, there was property called "HeaderRows" and "FooterRows" to define the header and footer. If i pass the header and footer content to "<"thead">" and "<"tfoot">" tag i will affect each page. Please give me a suggestion, how can i get my output. I have used ONSTARTPAGE and ONENDPAGE also, but its not accepting the HTML Tags.
Please assist me, and thanks in advance.
