That isn't a question we can answer!
This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.

sir .my english is bad so please try to understand ...I have ask one question to converting doc file to the epub file without using third party tools.....so Richard MacCutchan - gave me reply is like as-->
You first need to find out the internal format of .doc and .epub files, and then write a program to do the conversion.
so I searvhed on google but I cant get answer so......

Are you kidding? I took me seconds to find DOC file format details:
