If you are asking what programming language a beginner programming should learn, I recommend C#. Download Visual C# 2008 Express edition (for free) to give it a try. Also, buy a book on C#. You can find plenty of cheap ones on Amazon.com. If you don't have the means to buy one, have your parents buy it for you... or a friend. Or go to a bookstore and find one. Perhaps one of the teachers are your school can help you too.
