Html page to pdf ,in any language

Hello
in my site , we simply generate a pdf.
our need is :-
PDF support all the languages,security (password protected) and validate digital sign.

I use ABCD pdf. is working good (full filly all needs) but site performance is down.
hits per min 100
64 gb ram
windows 2008 r2 ,.net framwrk 3.5.1 , 64 bit

now my question is how the best third party tool for pdf generations. and wrok with 64 bit

OK, any language, than tag your platform. Honestly, who will want to give an advice if you don't care about languages and platform? this is a good indication that you won't be able to use the advice. If this would not be the case, please indicate that you can...
Or you don't mean a computer language. Then tag it.

It does not matter, all is covered by Unicode.
You could ask about Gujarati, but not Hindi; instead you should have mentioned Devanagari, which is used in a number of languages...
All Indian scripts I ever heard of are so popular that they are supported by nearly all modern systems by default. I tried many of them, even though I always install only USA English...

The "best" is highly subjective and is the control/suite/library that fits your requirements. As such can only be answered by you and you doing some research.
