uploading database to App engine

Good day.

Im fairly new to google app engine and need some assistance. I want to upload a database to the app engine that I will access from desktop and mobile applications.

I currently created a database as a SQL file. Not sure how I go about uploading it there and if it supports it.

Please help me out here.
