How to create feedback form and email it

I need to send the page to my mail ID from ASP.NET for example pages like enquiry page, feedback page etc.

Your best bet is to write code to format your data from your page as non HTML, and then send that. Depending on what sort of data is in your page and how it's laid out, you may also what to send a grid, for example, by iterating over the data source and creating your text that way. Sending the actual mail is obviously trivial and widely documented.
