Retrieve a text from database and convert that string in random format

I retrieve a text from the database and want to convert that string in random format to show that random string either in a textbox or label

Random format like if I receive a text "mushtaq" that method converts that in like "qmsthau" it just an example.

Please suggest to me a particular method available in C# or not give me that method if you have available.
