[Misplaced] IE10 dies big time

The IE10 browser has an error and dies. I can obviously reach other sites (both above and below) the above URL:

Ultra-Rapid PHP Application Development[^]
This works fine. If I click on either PHP or General in the tree above, IE10 crashes.
