Email details using Microsoft exchange server

Dear All,
We need to use the contact details from OWA in our application.Kindly let me know solutions for the following
1.In case user is configured email Signature in OWA can we get the signature from exchange using Exchange web services ?
2. Getting personal contacts using the EWS
3. Above two we need it with generic account credentials to get that. Because we cannot get the user name and password of the user and also our site is not Kerberos enable or delegation enabled
