SSRS 2008 R2 scheduling issues ?

Hi,
i did one report to deliver with in interval of time i.e scheduling. but i am getting the below error i.e my scheduling is failed and generating the below issus
Failure writing file \\197.178.2.17\ReportSchedule\Report1.xml : Access to the path '\\197.178.2.17\ReportSchedule\Report1.xml' is denied.
but i did sharing of folder (Report Schedule) fine with full acess.
how do i fix this issue. it is very urgent.
please share your ideas.

Reporting it as urgent won't help you to get a quicker/better answer :)

Under which account does your Reporting Services run ? (you can see that in services.msc)

Hi,

You have a permissions problem.

The user that are trying to put Report1.xml in the shared network folder does not have access to this resource.

There are several ways you can debug this. One of them is to read event viewer security in the destination machine (197.178.2.17) and verify which user has been denied.

Reporting Services run under a particular account. If you are trying to write something on a computer in your domain, it should be a domain account and not a local one.

Just check that your share is configured to allow read/write access to this folder (it's better to let full access to everyone on the share itself, and only restrict access with NTFS rights).
