Hi all!

Does someone use "DJ - jQuery Web Contorls for ASP.NET"?
Is it a great option to fast developing using Jquery+Asp.net?
Is it stable?

If you find all the features you may want to use in this control library, then why not. Seems to be a not so active project, so if there are any errors you probably fix them all by yourself.

There are pretty good commercial controls available from Telerik (KendoUI), Infragistics, Ext.Net, JQWidgets. There is one opensource JuiceUI (Last update is in October 2012) but updated to use almost latest JQuery.
