Windows phone Package Upload

Hello All,
I have created windows phone app in visual studio 2010 express. And Created acounts in windows store. While uploading package in windows store,it is asking file types .appx or .appxupload files. Where will I get these files ? Is it only possible create these files in visual studio 2012? Please Help
