Hi mate
I have this problem with Win Vista.

Start Menu and Task bar not showing on Windows Vista
please help. I tried ctrl+alt+del and restarted the PC in safe mode. and restarted again still it is not on Screen
I have some skills but not Programming please help

Are you sure auto hide has not been turned on for the taskbar?
What happens if you put the mouse pointer at the bottom of the screen?

Just to add, try all the sides, in case it got docked to something other than the bottom, then set to auto hide.
