how to move data of a database which is already retrieved in the textboxes?

i have a table named as Std_info,in that 4 columns are there.std_name,Std_course,Std_Roll.
all datas are retrieved in 3 textboxes.
i want move form one student to another student information,when i click up_button_click,it must move one data forward.if Click on down button,it must move one data backward.

can anybody help me to solve this problem
