I have used winmm.dll in my web application but it is working localhost only. not work after uploading website. Please give me solution quick.It is urgent needed.

If you go to the server website and use a microphone, the code should work.
It will not work on the client browser from a remote machine.
You will need to review your solution architecture.

Congratulations, you are probably "recording" the voice on server side. Do you think they have a microphone there, to record what security and other personnel chat about? :-)

HTML5 offers sound recording. A modern browser is required. You won't use winmm.dll directly, as it has to work on non-Windows systems also.
