custom setup project to choose server or client installation.

I have created a vb.net application, for that I need to have 2 kind of setup. One work as a server and another one work like a client. In the server setup I need to install the MSSQL EXPRESS. I have set it as the prerequisite , in the setup project.
My problem is that if I use this setup up the MSSQL EXPRESS will be installed in both server and client installation. I use a radio button to separate the installation type (server or client) . can any one give me a solution for this.
